Cynthia (Cindy) Anne Dollack

May 13, 1959 - October 20, 2017

Cindy entered suddenly but peacefully into the Lord's presence on October 20, as she slept, with a smile on her face.

Cindy is survived by her loving husband Marc, her mother, Verna deForrest, sister Dutch Kent, brother Mark deForrest, children Katey and Ian Alexander, Staycee and Michelle Dollack and grandson Jude Dollack.

Cindy was born in Coos Bay, Oregon and lived in Bellingham, WA until 2015 when she moved to Hope. Although she lived here a short time, she considered it a privilege to call Hope and Canada home.

Cindy was a loving mother and devoted wife. She worked for many years in financial aid at the University of Washington where she was committed to helping every student, regardless of race, creed or income, gain access to a good education.

Cindy was a member of Hope Pentecostal Church. She would like to be remembered as a woman who was devoted to Jesus and committed to making the world a better place; which she did.

She is sorely missed by everyone who knew her but especially her husband Marc and their cat, Toah.

Cindy's family would like to extend the invitation to all to the celebration of her life at the NW Harvest Church on Sunday, October 29, at 3 pm.

Now we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve like the rest who have no hope. I Thess. 4:13.
