Grace Baptist in Hope offers up free family nights of fun

Games, food and more planned for August family nights

Family Fun Nights is an annual summer event put on by Grace Baptist Church as a free evening for the community to come out and just be together.

Every Wednesday night this August, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., friends, families and neighbours can go to Grace Baptist Church to enjoy the different events they have planned. Each week is different, and you don’t have to sign up or go to all of them.

Things got started this Wednesday with their Life Size Games Night.

And next week, Aug. 14, they are hosting a free mac and cheese buffet.

Aug. 21 is a Paint-A-Palooza, where messy paint stations are sure open up your creativity. And their final event will be on Aug. 28, as they end the summer off with a Hawaiian Luau, complete with hot dogs, watermelon, and limbo competitions.

These free events are for the entire family and children of all ages will find something to enjoy.

Organizers say the events are totally free, 100 per cent fun, and that they’d love to see you there.
