A festive breakfast fundraiser is back to support hospitals in the Eastern Fraser Valley.
It's a Wonderful Breakfast, an annual event hosted by the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation, is returning to Abbotsford on Nov. 25 and Chilliwack on Dec. 5.
Organizers are calling the sit-down buffet breakfast a "magical holiday event" that helps the foundation raise money to buy equipment, pay for programming and more for Abbotsford Regional Hospital, Chilliwack General Hospital, Mission Memorial Hospital, Fraser Canyon Hospital and other health care centres.
The breakfast in Abbotsford is at Garden Park Tower (2825 Clearbrook Rd.) on Nov. 25, while the Chilliwack event is at Chartwell Lynnwood Retirement Residences (9168 Corbould St.) on Dec. 5. Both breakfasts go from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and include entertainment.
They will also be collecting toys (no donations of stuffed animals) and toiletries to benefit children and youth in the hospital. Plus they will be accepting gift cards, and cash and credit card donations.
Tickets to It's a Wonderful Breakfast are $30.
