Harrison Hot Springs residents and visitors got a refreshing break from the dry mid-summer scorchers on Thursday (July 20).
The Harrison Hot Springs Fire Department hosted a pop-up splash park at Harrison Elementary on a particularly hot afternoon. Dozens of kids ran through sprinklers, slid through the grass and got utterly soaked along with the local fire crew.
Harrison firefighters let the hoses fly at the elementary school during the dog days of summer last year as well, much to the joy of residents.
