LETTER: Rate hike for garbage ‘embarrasing’

Re: Hope’s garbage and recycling fees adjusting set to happen in the new year, Oct. 31, 2019

This is almost embarrassing, rates going up $52 and some are going down 14 cents. If it was me I don’t think I would have mentioned the 14 cents. I wish it would back to R&R . Maybe they will have some money to fix all the potholes around the Hope area now…. And Othello Road, it was in better condition 50 years ago when it was gravel.
