The streets should be plowed two lanes not one so vehicles can pass.: 3 Avenue and 7 Avenue were hard to pass.
The residents of Hope deserve better.
Also the fire hydrants have no sticks so a plow driver could see them.
What if there was a fire? They would be hard to find.
