Okanagan couple thankful for Hope restaurant’s kindess

Man was stranded in Hope but Rolly’s didn’t let him go away hungry

Editor:

On Friday morning my husband was driving west through Manning Park when he hit a boulder and blew out his oil pan.

I called BCAA, who in turn called Hope Towing to bring my husband’s car and him to Hope.

I arranged for him to take the E-Bus from Hope, across the street from Rolly’s Restaurant. The E-Bus was delayed for an hour, and my husband patiently waited by himself.

My shout out is to Rolly’s Restaurant for bringing my husband a meal.

Their kindness brought a tear to both of our eyes as my husband explained to me what they had done. Rolly’s, you are kind beyond words.

Thank you from Wayne.
