No one is injured after a two-vehicle collision on 6th Avenue and Park Street. Pictured is the white pickup truck being removed from the road after the accident.

A two-vehicle collision has closed a small section of 6th Avenue.

The drivers of a grey pickup and a white pickup are unharmed after colliding with each other Tuesday afternoon (Jan. 21) at the intersection at 6th Avenue and Park Street. According to Hope RCMP, the driver of the grey pickup did not see the stop sign and hit the other vehicle.

Drivers are asked to detour either through Commission Street or Park Street until the road is cleared.

The vehicles and accident are unrelated to the water break on 6th Avenue, which is currently being fixed by the District of Hope.
