A British Columbia-wide warrant has been issued for Frank Edward Williams, 51, of Cultus Lake, for criminal harassment and uttering threats.
RCMP caution the public if sighted, do not attempt to apprehend Williams and immediately call 911.
He is described as an aboriginal male, height 180 centimetres (5”11”), weight 63 kilograms (139 lbs), with black and grey hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of snake skulls on right arm.
