Evacuation order rescinded for Huntingdon Village in Abbotsford

Residents can go back to area, but must be prepared to be evacuated again

The City of Abbotsford downgraded the evacuation order for Huntingdon Village to an evacuation alert on Wednesday evening, Dec. 1.

Residents can now return to the area, but must be prepared the evacuate again if the flooding situation escalates, according to the city’s website.

The Sums Prairie remains under evacuation orders.
