Highway 1 is open again for single-lane alternating traffic, after an incident involving a vehicle and downed power lines near Lytton closed the highway completely for most of Monday afternoon. Drivers should now expect minor delays.

Drive BC reported the highway closure after 1 p.m. on Monday, June 1, three kilometres south of Lytton between Cisco Siding Road and George Road.
