Manning Park Resort will not be requiring vaccine passes for lift tickets this season, they’ve announced.
The ski hill sent out a winter operations update on Tuesday, outlining what safety measures they’ll be taking as they re-open next month. They are currently anticipating a Dec. 11 opening day.
“We are looking forward to a great, and safe, winter,” they said.
They are not requiring proof of vaccination for skiing and snowboarding, but they are requiring it in their dining facilities, including the Pinewoods Dining Room and the Daylodge.
Facial coverings will be required in all indoor areas of the resort and in lift lines and on the chair.
Capacity restrictions are still in effect to reduce crowding.
In October, Grouse Mountain announced that vaccine passports would be required for their resort, for both visitors and employees.
Manning Park Resort is also requiring their employees to be fully vaccinated.
