KELLEY, Barbara Eileen (nee) Allan

Barb passed away peacefully with her family by her side, June 21, 2009.

Barb was born in Edmonton, AB on Jan. 7, 1946. Her family moved to Ashcroft, BC when she was a little girl. Barb later moved to Kamloops, where she attended college and earned her degree in Business. Barb worked for many years in the Moving and Storage business having lived in Calgary, Winnipeg, and Toronto finally settling back in the Kamloops area where she had a hobby farm. Barb moved to Hope 4 years ago to be close to her family, where she made many special friends.

Barb was known for her love of animals big and small. Her love for the outdoors was limitless as she traveled all through North and South America. Her hobbies included gardening, crafting, and helping those in need of a helping hand. She was a woman that everyone fell in love with when they met her.

Barb is survived by loving family; daughter: Shannon (Shane) Hinter, sister: Lou (Art) Abram, granddaughters: Savanna Ferguson, Marley Thair, and grandson: Nolin Thair. She is also going to be missed by her nieces: Allana (Kiefer and Chloe) and Connie Abram.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Nursing Staff and Fraser Canyon Hospital, and a very special Thank you to Tracy, Mom's sunshine.
