On May 25, 2022 we lost a beautiful wife and mother, Elizabeth Rose Brackley (nee Trethewey) in Hope, BC.
Liz was an incredible woman who excelled in whatever she set out to do. Everything she touched was with love; her kindness and compassion was felt by all. She loved sewing, gardening, fishing, cooking ... and family was her utmost treasure. Her friends in Hope and across the country meant so much to her.
Thank you to all the medical staff, family and friends who supported her during this time. She was surround by her family and friends on her final day.
She leaves behind her husband of almost 58 years, Wayne; daughters, Laurinda Donahue of Penticton, Valerie (Wayne) Martin of Lumby and Danielle (Gary) of Edmonton. As well as her 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Mom always loved the big family gatherings so we will have a Celebration of Life at a later date for family and friends.
