HOPE, Elsie Theresa

It is with profound sadness to announce that Elsie Hope, of Yale, passed away on April 23, 2010. Elsie lived for taking care of her children and grandchildren, whether it was sewing clothes or cooking meals and everything in between. Family was her number one priority. Elsie will be missed dearly and will stay in our hearts forever.
Elsie was predeceased by her husband Lawrence John Hope, and was survived by sisters: Eliza Shaw, Elizabeth Phillips and Christine Shaw, daughters: Jane, Beatrice (Gary), and Maureen (David), sons: Andrew (Lorelie), Buzz, Robert (Sharon), David, Evert (Kathy), Larry, and Perry. She was also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on April 29, 2010. The Hope family would like to thank the close friends and family that offered their support over the past weeks as it was greatly appreciated.
