In Memory of ERNIE BROWN who passed away January 18, 2005. For those who knew & were friends of my dad, Ernie Brown, thank-you for coming in to see him and for trying to cheer him up. After all the years of working on construction jobs through the 50's and the travelling we did while growing up, Dad finally found a place that he dearly loved; a place he could finally settle down to call home - Hope. A small name, a small town, but people who have big, big hearts. I can't thank the nurses & staff enough, who work in the Fraser Canyon Hospital for the T.L.C. they gave my father, after we found out he had cancer. Deena, who is with the hospice in Hope, was also very kind & helpful with my father's stay. Just knowing she and her friends were there to help and give encouragement when we needed it, is so appreciated, words can never express my gratitude. Thank-you ladies and gentlemen. Hope may have the smallest hospital in the lower mainland but it has the biggest heart. A Memorial Service will be held to honor my Dad at a later date. Thank you, Bonnie Tonner
