TRAUN, Frank "Bud" Vincent
With great sadness, Bud, husband, father, grandpa, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully at Fraser Canyon Hospital, August 10, 2009 with his family by his side.
Frank, "Bud" was born April 5th, 1924 in Scotsgaurd, Sask. He is survived by his loving wife, Irene of nearly 57 yrs., son Glen (Charmaine), grandsons, Sheldon and Craig, sister, Irene (Matt) of Surrey, as well as several in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Bud moved to Hope in 1946, married Irene in 1952. He worked in the logging industry Katz Timber, Williams Logging, and G&F Logging. Bud retired at the age of 65 years. Grandpa, though retired, loved to keep busy enjoying time with his grandsons, camping, fishing as well as many different sporting events.
Bud will be greatly missed though he will always remain in our hearts.
Grandpa, thanks for the logging truck load of memories.
There will be no service as requested by Bud.
