Gerry is survived by his wife Dinah Hnetka-Stannard, children; Oliver (Danica) Stannard, Savannah Stannard, Erika (Chris) Webber, Angela (Philip) Twizell-Jackson and seven grandchildren; Athena, Gabriel, Lila, Jacob, Sofia, Tucker and Amelia. He is also survived by his brothers Fred and Bill, sister Marilyn and numerous friends. He was predeceased by his first wife Raelyn, brother Bobbi; sister Nancy, father Louis and mother Marjorie. A Memorial Service will be held at a date and time to be later announced. Gerry served his country in Viet Nam, with the 101st Airborne. He was a scholar, philosopher and teacher, lover of nature and of mother earth. Gerry's life was his family. He loved them with his heart and soul.
