It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Jessie Catherine Blondin (nee Kelley). On January 20, 2017 Jessie went to heaven. Jessie was born in England on October 20, 1923. Jessie was a war-bride and came to Canada with her husband Leo Blondin. Jessie is predeceased by her loving daughter, Lynda Robinson-Durocher and her devoted husband Leo Blondin. Jessie is survived by her 3 daughters, Donna Kropp, Sondra Miller, Jacqueline Sutton, as well as many wonderful grand and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Jessie was known as a beautiful, intelligent woman. Her children and husband were her world. Jessie's love of politics, music and gardening while traveling the globe with her family, as life in the military dictated, kept her life interesting. She was always ready for a challenge; ready to loyally support those she loved. Jessie was well assessed as being mischievous and fun loving. Jessie will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Rest in paradise Mom...We know God will say "You have done well daughter..." Funeral services will be held on February 11th at 10 am, Hope Pentecostal Assembly, 843 5th Avenue Hope BC (open casket 9 am - 10 am). Please join our family as we honor our Mother.
