Judy passed away on April 17, 2018, surrounded by her family and friends.
She is survived by her loving sons Curtis (Erin) and Jody, grandson Kieran, sisters Carla (Charles) Barnes and Paula (Jeremy) Fossom, along with Yolande Anderson, Margie Macahis (friend and "adopted daughter") and many nieces and nephews and good friends.
Judy is predeceased by her mother Margaret Anderson in 1958, father, Carl Anderson in 1985 and sister Brenda in 2016.
The family would to thank Dr. Elliot Bogasz at the Pattison Pavillion (Surrey),
Judy's caregivers from GF Strong, The ALS Society of BC, and her caregivers at Peace Arch Hospital.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the Cresent Beach Legion 2643 128 Street, Surrey, B.C.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the ALS Society of BC would be greatly appreciated.
The Anderson Family will charter a bus to Judy's Celebration of Life. Departure will be from Emil Anderson Construction's office/shop 1148 - 6th Ave at 2:00 pm and return to Hope at approximately 8:00 pm. Please telephone 604-869-5121 Chuck and Carla Barnes and advise you will be joining.
