It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Kathaleen Corbett on December 10, 2017. She was born in Chilliwack, BC on June 1, 1959 and lived in Hope for several years.
Kathaleen was a retired Teaching Assistant. She loved helping others and her Teaching Assistant positions at Hope Secondary and Penticton Princess Margaret Secondary allowed her to do what she loved.
Family was also her passion and she so enjoyed outdoor activities.
Kathaleen is predeceased by her father Kenneth Carlson. She is survived by her husband Jim, daughters, Lindsey and Jamie, son Matthew, mother June Carlson and brothers Roy and Larry Carlson.
A Celebration of Life for Kathaleen will be held on January 6, 2018 at Grace Baptist Church, 949 Third Ave, Hope BC at 2:00 pm with Will Corbett and Jeff Kuhn officiating.
If friends so desire, donations can be made in Kathaleen's memory to the Hope Food Bank.
