Kenneth John Clark. We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved father. Dad will be forever missed by his four daughters; Linda (David) Clarke, Rosemary (Mic) Jennings, Elaine (Kevin) Pratt and Angela (Ron) Clark. Grandchildren; Tyler, Daniel, Edward, Andrew, Ramona, Jeremy, Amanda, Justin and Troy. Great grandchildren; Adrielle, Krista, Ivan, Angelina and Travis. He is also survived by family in England and members of his late wife's family. He was predeceased by his wife Lois just 10 days before him, also granddaughter April Rose.
Dad and family emigrated to Chilliwack in 1967. He met Lois in 1972 and they resided for many years in Prince George. They moved to Hope 8 years ago and resided at Silver Ridge Estates, Flood Hope Rd. Dad was a hardworking man and always liked to keep busy. He had suffered health problems for many years. He was an avid fisherman and Lois became one too. Chilko Lake became their favorite spot and they traveled there with friends & neighbors, adding more friends as the years passed. Sadly as Lois's health failed last year so did Dad's. Lois spent the last 5 months of her life in hospital. He visited her daily, always hoping she would eventually come home. She was his "Best Mate". Shortly after her death he was also hospitalized. Dad knew where he wanted to be and was granted that wish peacefully the evening of her memorial service. Dad was loved dearly and will always have a special place in the hearts of all who knew him. No service planned at this time. Cremations Mountainside Funeral Home. His ashes to be spread with his "Best Mate's".
Again we express our sincere thanks to the doctors & staff at F.C. Hospital who have cared for him over the years and especially the last few days of his life. You were all very special to him. Thanks again to his neighbors & friends who were always there for him and for us.
