RUSSELL, Kenneth William
Kenneth William Russell aged 73 passed away surrounded by family on November 24, 2016. Ken was born in Ponoka, Alberta May 21, 1943. Ken succumbed to injuries sustained when he was struck by a vehicle on November 8, 2016.
Ken was predeceased by parents Gerald and Doris and brother Butch. He is survived by brother George (Darlene), son Rod (Terri), daughter LaRee (Dave), grandchildren Braedon, Kendra and Jordan and numerous extended family and friends. Ken was a thoughtful man who enjoyed socializing with family and friends and was quick to strike up a conversation with strangers. Ken enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in activities. He loved the outdoors and loved showing pictures of fishing and hunting excursions. Ken was loved deeply and was taken from us too early. He will be missed by all who knew him.
