BRINDAMOUR, Marjorie Marie

Aug. 24, 1927 - May 12, 2010

Marjorie Marie Brindamour passed away peacefully May 12, 2010 in Fraser Canyon Hospital. Marie was born at Meskinaw, Saskatchewan and moved to Pouce Coupe, British Columbia as a child with her Mom and Dad where she grew up. Later she moved to Hope where she spent over sixty years as a loving mother and devoted caregiver to her children Denise and Eddie. Eddie predeceased her many years ago. She will be fondly remembered and missed by her long time partner and companion Tom Booth, daughter; Denise, grandchildren; Echo and Samantha and her great-grandchildren; Megan and Dakota. Marie loved horses and all animals. Her interest in the equestrian sport led to the establishment, as a founding member, of the Hope Riding Club in 1965. The coffee was always on and a quick grill cheese always awaited you when you visited Marie. When you hear hoof beats in heaven you will find her near.

A prayer mass will be conducted June 2, 2010 9:00 AM at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church in Hope, B.C. followed by a celebration of her life in the church hall.
