August 12, 1928 - December 24, 2022
This December 24th at 9:38 am, Mildred Matilda Ridgway, took her final breaths surrounded by her loved ones. The sun rose and welcomed Mildred on August 12th, 1928, the world became a little brighter.
Mildred lived a full, and warm life, filled with love and kindness. She will be fondly remembered and always missed.
Mildred was predeceased by her beautiful daughter Joanne Stevens, and her husband of 65yrs Joseph Ridgway.
She leaves her son Bob Ridgway (Lois), Son-in-law Ken Stevens.
Her grandchildren Krystal (Turel), Jeff (Kristin), Brad (Sarah), Karolyn, and Steven (Marie-Eve).
And her beloved great grandchildren Lukas, Ally, Odin, Mila, Octévia, Osiris, Carson, Oxsana and Taylor. And adoring nephew and nieces.
To quote her grandson "She was the best!"
The family would like to thank the staff especially the nurses at Fraser Canyon Hospital, who made her final hours comfortable and dignified. A service will be held at a later time.
