Olive C. Pope

Surrounded by love, our dear Mother passed away peacefully at Columbus Residence, Vancouver, BC. Predeceased by her husband Bill in 1985. Olive is survived by four daughters; Joan Milina, Betty Till (Eric), Lorraine Alden (Rolph) and Teresa Turgeon (Bernard), her 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, Vancouver B.C. on Friday, February 23, 2007.
Mom was a long time resident of Hope. Pope Motors and Pope's Upholstry kept Bill and Olive busy from 1957 till retirement.  Mom remained an active part of the Hope Community until her departure in 2000, declining health prompted her move to Vancouver to be near her family.
