YLIRUUSI, Pentti Juhani
Pentti Yliruusi passed away on March 21, 2011 at the age of 75 years. He was predeceased by his father Toivo, son Pekka, step mother Anna and 2 brothers in Finland. Pentti is survived by his loving family, wife Eeva, son Hannu (Sharon), daughter Sisko (Fred), son Tony (Lara), 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 2 brothers Esa and Olli Yliruusi both of Finland.
A Memorial Service will be held on April 2, 2011 at the Hope Pentecostal Assembly at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jim Cornock officiating. Refreshments will be served following the service in the church basement.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the ALS Society, Fraser Canyon Hospice Society or Hope Pentecostal Assembly. Special thanks to the Home Care Service, the nurses and doctors at Fraser Canyon Hospital, the Fraser Canyon Hospice Society, especially Mike Rudance, the ALS Society, Fraser Health and Pastor Jim Cornock.
