Jan 8, 1959 - Jan 9, 2018
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear son Ralph who died from lung cancer in the Nicola Valley Hospital on Jan. 9th at the age of 59.

Ralph was born in Kamloops, spending his early years in Little Fort and Brookmere before moving with his parents to Hope in 1966. Growing up in Hope, Ralph belonged to the Cubs, Scouts, Junior Forest Wardens, The Hope School Band and most winter week-ends saw him on the ski hill at Manning. Ralph graduated from Hope Secondary School in 1978. He spent most of his adult years living in the Merritt area.

Driving was Ralph's passion and drove all over BC for Tom's Towing until cancer took him "off the road".

Ralph is survived by his wife Debbie, his 2 sons David (Lisa) and Trevor (Coralee) Werbowsky, his step-daughter Lacie Garcia, his 3 grandchildren Lillian, Miken and Jade Werbowsky.

Also left to mourn him are his parents Bob & Diane Werbowsky, his brothers Olaf (Helen) Duemler, Klaus (Martina) Duemler, sister-in-law Liz Werbowsky, his nephews Lloyd Werbowsky and Deyton Duemler.

Ralph is predeceased by his dear brother Alfred and his biological parents Lisel & Fred Duemler.

Ralph is now with his brother Alfred in heaven where there is no more suffering or sickness.

Members of Ralph's family held a private celebration of his life at Cherry Creek on Feb. 4th.

There will be no public celebration at his request.
