It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Rick Tice at his home in Hope BC on April 10th.
Rick was sixty years old and was born in Hope where he attended High School and was an avid baseball player. He worked as an electrician in Abbotsford while living in Hope for the past fifteen years with his partner Leona Kemash.
He had recently began working for Barclay Fletcher Contracting in Hope where he was happy to be working in his hometown with coworkers he liked and respected.
Rick had a love for genealogy for his family as well as many other Hope families. He enjoyed sharing this knowledge with his many friends along with a funny story or two.
He leaves behind family members Di and Duane Skyes of Chilliwack as well as lifelong friends Nick Nielsen, Al Gilroy, Wendy Minar and his love Leona Kemash.
We pray that we will have the strength to get through the heartache that came when we lost you.
Celebration of Life details to be announced when pandemic restrictions are eased.
