It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Roberta Jean Weir; she passed peacefully on May 20, 2025, in Abbotsford, British Columbia, at the age of 65.
Roberta was the beloved wife of 47 years to Dan Weir and a devoted mother to Diana (Justin), Rose (Gabe), and Donald. She was a proud and loving Grammy to Raquel (Scott), Corben, Frankie, and Charlie. Robbie Jean was also a cherished sister, aunt, cousin and best friend.
Famous for her smile, known for her gentle spirit, quiet strength, and boundless compassion. Robbie's legacy of artistic endeavours and love for the open road will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Grip it and rip it Momma, it's your time to fly.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Legion in Hope, BC. All who knew Robbie are welcome to attend and share in honoring her life. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the compassionate staff at Fraser Canyon and Abbotsford Hospitals for their care and support during her time in your care.
