Walter Lindell Chrane passed away on Oct. 30, 2005. Born in Agassiz April 5, 1921, he grew up in Yale, worked as a prospector & logger, and was a WWII Veteran. Walter is survived by his wife Clara; daughter Glady (Todd) & grandson Randall; daughter Irene & grandson Ashley; son Dan (Misty) and grand- children Amanda, Justin, Katrina, Scotty Alexandra, & Rebecca; sisters June & Norma. His daughters Glynis & Verna; his mother Gladys; sister Eleanor & brother Glen predeceased him. A Celebration of Life was held for Walter on Nov. 4th at the historic church in Yale, followed by internment of his ashes in the Teague plot and a reception at Teague House.
