What are we getting for our taxes? I live on a street that is full of potholes and when it rains for a few days we cannot walk on the side of the street as it is filled with water.
I cannot walk onto my property because of water – I have to go to onto my neighbour’s driveway to get into my home.
Sixth Avenue is a disgrace. It is so rough that IÂ try to avoid it as I am afraid my 10-year-old vehicle will be shaken apart.
At the rate the taxes are going up we will soon be taxed out of our homes. It is bad enough that the business part of Hope is disappearing, now the population will be too.
