Perhaps if the last census had been carried out properly we would not have lost population.
Homeowners in at least three trailer parks on Flood-Hope Road did not receive census forms nor a visit from a census taker. For myself, this is the second census that I’ve not been counted.
I know of other people living elsewhere in Hope who have told me they never received any forms or a visit. I don’t think Hope’s population has shrunk, rather the census was carried out improperly.
