People filled the Tradex in Abbotsford on Friday for the first day of 25th Fraser Valley Home and Backyard Living Expo.
The three-day show, featuring more than 200 booths, runs Feb. 2 to Feb. 4.
Exhibitors include interior design, counters, kitchen items, bathrooms, heating, windows, roofing, decks, sun rooms, leisure and more.
Additionally, there are three presenters each day. Gardening guru Brian Minter will speak on Saturday (Feb. 3) from 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Sunday (Feb. 4) from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. Joel Winterburn will talk about solar benefits on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. and again on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. And BC Hydro will have a presentation on home renovation rebates Saturday from 2:15 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
The show opened Friday, running from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., and continues Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission is free.
