Hope’s favourite drifter is back, and he’s hungry.
Hungry Peasant Catering takes over the Silver Chalice Pub kitchen for an evening dedicated to Rambo on Friday, Jan. 29 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The menu features wordplay and tributes to Hope’s most famous silver screen soldier of fortune. Diners could start off the evening with a “Green Beret” split pea and ham soup or perhaps some “Hope” sliders. Entrees include a “Vietnam” Rice bowl, “Rambo” 12-ounce ribeye steak, to name a few. The evening is capped off with a delicious “Last Blood” brownie.
