A tribute band will bring classic soft rock hits like Hotel California and Witchy Woman to Chilliwack as they honour the Eagles in May.

Eagle Eyes, a four-piece tribute band, will be at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on Sunday, May 26.

American band the Eagles dominated soft rock throughout the ’70s with unforgettable hits like Take It Easy, Life In The Fast Lane, and Heartache Tonight, making them one of the most famous, respected and loved rock groups of all time.

Eagle Eyes capture lead and harmony vocals with breathtaking precision. All vocals are live – audience members won’t hear a single pre-recorded vocal track. The tribute band has received standing ovations from audiences in Canada, and in several states in the U.S., including Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho and Alaska.

The guys who make up Eagle Eyes are Jack Gunderson on bass and lead vocals (filling the vocal roles of Glenn Frey and Timothy B. Schmidt), Jason Dunajski on guitars and lead vocals (as Don Henley and Randy Meisner), Ray Harvey on guitars and lead vocals (as Joe Walsh), and Kenneth Ermter on drums and lead vocals (also filling the vocal roles of Henley and Meisner).

All four members of Eagle Eyes are lifetime professional musicians with several decades of combined experience on the road and in the studio with a number of different bands and projects over the years.

Tribute band Eagle Eyes performs on Sunday, May 26 at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased at the Centre Box Office, online at chilliwackculturalcentre.ca, or by calling 604-391-SHOW(7469).
