More snow is falling on the Coquihalla tonight, as a Pacific front moves across the Interior.
The summit is expected to get 15 to 20 centimetres of snowfall, making driving the Coquihalla Highway potentially dangerous.
Mountain weather can change suddenly and drivers should be prepared to adjust their driving if road conditions change, Environment Canada stated in a weather alert.
Highway 1 has reopened after a rock slide slide Thursday six kilometres east of Spences Bridge closed the highway in both directions. The road is now single lane alternating traffic, according to DriveBC.
