Re: The Hope B.C. homeless shelter
On Feb. 18, 2018, Dave Phelps stood on the Fraser Bridge in protest. The Thunderbird shelter has not been open in the daytime for the last three weeks, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We homeless have been freezing for 12 hours per day.
