It’s a “not-so-fresh day” for swimmers looking to use the main lap pool at the Hope and Area Recreation Centre (HARC). Thanks to a fecal incident, the pool is currently closed for the rest of the day.
HARC informed the public about the incident, on March 21 at around 4 p.m., via HARC’s Facebook page with an apology for any inconvenience caused by the closure.
“We apologize for any inconvenience,” HARC said via Facebook. “Swimming lessons will occur in the leisure pool. The leisure pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room remain open.”
