Barrie Luckett Norris passed away peacefully at the age of 77 at the Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster after his long struggles with cancer.
Barrie was a Navy man for nearly 20 years which lead him to his career with the Government of Canada as a Flight Service Specialist, until he retired.
He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Dorothy, and daughters, Christine (Dan) and Barbara (Marcel), 4 stepchildren Bonnie, Karen, Glenn and Craig, 4 grandchildren and his extra-large extended family.
Celebration of Life to be held next year in Calgary.
