It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brigitte Marie Yvonne O'Neill on January 5, 2024, at Eden Care Centre in Chilliwack BC.
We want to thank the doctors and staff of Eden Care Centre for their excellent care of mom for three years.
Brigitte was fiercely independent, raising three boys on her own, often holding down three jobs to ensure they could play hockey and have what they needed and wanted growing up.
Brigitte is survived by her three sons, Robert (Sandra), Rick (Gail), Brian (Michelle) three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Peggy (Ron) Schonberger, her sister-in-law, was more like a daughter who provided support and care right to the end, for which we are eternally grateful.
No service will be held, but a family gathering will be planned for the spring to say our final goodbyes.
