EVERETT, Donald LeRoy
It is with much regret that the family of Donald LeRoy Everett, born March 18, 1930 announce his death on Sept. 10, 2009.
Don spent his first 60 years in Surrey and upon his retirement from the Surrey Fire Department as Assistant Fire Chief in 1990 he and wife Peggy moved to Hope BC. Don was active in the F.O.E., the R.C. Legion, Hope Rod & Gun Club, Hope Brigade Days, and the East Kawkawa Lake Improvement District.
Don is survived by his wife of 57 years, Peggy, his daughter; Vicky (Julius), sons; Richard (Lori), Dick, Don Jr, Darrin (Maggie) and Dean (Diana). Also left behind are his 10 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Don's life will be announced at a later date.
