Glen Kenneth Donald (“SONNY”)

Sonny passed away June 30, 2007 at the age of 25.

Sonny is survived by his loving family, Parents: Thelma & Glen Florence, Sisters: Rhonda Bobb (Bill), Monica Florence (Richie), Nephews: Jules, Tino, Daytona, Darius, Nieces: Kelsey, Kia Marie, Grandparents: Dolores (Florence) & Jack Firkins, Grand Aunt: Sophie Charlie, Grand Uncle: Kenny Florence. He was predeceased by his Grandparents: Wilfred Florence, Elizabeth Smith, Peter D. & Maggi (Jack) Peters, Aunts: Dorothy Williams, Annie Peters, Laverne Florence, Margaret Florence, Uncles: Bruce Florence, Allen Florence, Herman Peters, Geoff Durose, Cousins: Derwin Peters, Christopher Peters. He is survived by Aunts: Joyce Jackson, (Godmother) Christine Peters (Dean), Sharon Hope (Bob), Lolly Peters-Williams (Gary), Beverly Florence (Burns), Donna Yano (Hiroshi), Donna Hants, Uncles: Norman Florence (Elenor), Grant Florence, Evan Florence, Tim Peters Sr. (Carol), Don Peters (Jessie), and numerous cousins & friends.

Sonny’s hobbies included baseball, hockey, volleyball, walleyball, golf, fishing & hunting.

A viewing was held on July 6, 2007 at Chawathil Hall and a Traditional Service was held on July 7, 2007, officiated by Father Gerry Guillet at Chawathil Hall followed by the Burial at Chawathil Cemetery. A luncheon took place at Chawathil Hall.
