COWAN, George Ralph
It is with great sadness I announce the death of George Ralph Cowan, of Hope, B.C. Born March 30th, 1942. Passed away May 6th, 2010, after a lengthy battle with heart disease. George is predeceased by his mother & father, and survived by his loving wife, Sharon (Cumiford) Cowan, his 5 children, Monica, Jason, Trevor, Jasmine and Shane Cowan, all from Vancouver, and his step daughter Tracy Mayers, of Hope, and their spouses and children. George worked for Ford Motor Company for 45 yrs throughout Canada, and retired 3 years ago. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, May 29th, at the Eagles Hall, on Fort St. in Hope, starting at 1:00 pm. Your attendance will be appreciated.
