STREGGER, George
Mr. George Stregger passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2010 in Hope, BC at the age of 83 years.
George was predeceased by his loving wife, Elma; mother, Rosina; father, Wilhelm; stepmother, Sophie and daughter, Elaine. He is survived by his loving family: son, Evan (Joanne); foster son, Walter (Alana); grandchildren, Monique, Matthew, Jason (Anita) Sarah, John, David and Chris; great-grandson, Declin; brother, William (Nora); sisters, Bert (John), Easter (Ed), Kay and Edna, and many other loving relatives.
A donation in George's name can be made to the Grace Baptist Church to be used according to the needs of the church.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Grace Baptist Church, 949 Third Avenue, Hope, BC on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Kuhn officiating. A Reception will be held following the Service.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Fraser Hope Lodge, nurses and staff at the Fraser Canyon Hospital and all of George's friends and neighbors.
