Harry Butterfield suffered with Parkinson's for three years. His wife and daughter were at his bedside to comfort him as he passed.
Harry is survived by his wife Carol and 5 children: daughter Darlene, step daughters Dawna, Sharon and Pamela and step son Deral.
Harry worked for L & K Lumber in North Vancouver for 35 years. When the mill closed he moved to Emory Creek Co-op Resort and was the caretaker there for 12 years. He then retired and moved to Hope.
Harry spent the last 2 years at the Fraser Hope Lodge. There, Harry received excellent care to the end. Thank you all. By request there will be no service.
