Mabel Lindsay Ross passed away July 04, 2005 at the age of 81 years. She is predeceased by her sons: Art and Ian.
Mabel is survived by her loving family: children: Cecil Ross, Mary Loupret, Charlie (Lila) Ross, Eileen (Peter) Carley, David Ross and Kathy Fobert, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Prayers were held Thursday, July 07, 2005 @ 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church. Father John Tritschler led the prayers. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Friday, July 08, 2005 @ 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church with Father Gerry Guillet as celebrant. Interment followed the Mass of Christian Burial at Mountainview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the B.C. Cancer Foundation in Mabel's memory. Mabel's family would like to extend their heart- felt thanks to the doctors and staff at both the Chilliwack General Hospital and Fraser Canyon Hospital, as well as to Father John Tritschler and Father Gerry Guillet. Special thanks are also sent to the Hansen family, John family, Chickie Peters, Lynn Adams, Marion Wilson and the Ladies Auxiliary of the F.O.E.
